Shipping Policy

BoriBots ships to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands. We partner with CJDropshipping for reliable, affordable fulfillment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 — no code needed, applied automatically at checkout.
  • $Standard shipping: $9.99 — flat rate for orders under $150.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

  • Continental US — 7 to 15 business days.
  • Puerto Rico — 7 to 15 business days, same flat-rate domestic shipping. No international surcharges.
  • Hawaii & Alaska — 7 to 15 business days. Standard domestic rates apply.
  • US Virgin Islands — 7 to 15 business days. Standard domestic rates apply.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high demand during holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@boribots.com.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

As a company based in Rincon, PR, we are committed to making shipping to Puerto Rico simple and affordable. All orders to Puerto Rico are treated as domestic shipments with flat-rate pricing — no international fees, no hidden surcharges. The same rates and delivery windows that apply to the mainland apply to PR.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
