Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work at BoriBots.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@boribots.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive instructions — we will reply within 1 to 2 business days with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- Ship the item — pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refund processed — once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method (via Stripe).
- It may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@boribots.com. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified.
- Items without original packaging.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@boribots.com and we will investigate.
